The Radiance Within
CURRENT COURSE
Rediscover the Light that Lives Within
An 8‑week yoga exploration of the body as a living landscape — moving through grounding, flow, fire, breath, intuition, and spacious awareness to awaken the radiance within and reconnect with your inner ecology.
“You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.”
~ Mary Oliver
The Radiance Within is an 8‑week yoga programme that invites you to explore the body as a living landscape — a place of earth and water, fire and air, light and spaciousness.
Each week we travel through a different “inner climate”, blending elemental wisdom with the subtle energy centres of the body in a way that feels accessible, grounded, and quietly powerful.
You’ll experience the journey as a deepening into your own inner radiance — a remembering of what it feels like to be rooted, fluid, courageous, open, expressive, intuitive, and spacious.
This is yoga as inner ecology: a gentle pilgrimage through the body’s natural intelligence.
What to Expect:
Three classes each week: Gentle & Restorative, Flow & Reflect, and Yin Yoga
Accessible movement for all bodies and energy levels
A clear weekly theme exploring the elements and subtle energy centres of the body
Breathwork and mindfulness woven throughout
A nurturing, inclusive space to reconnect with yourself
Practices that support nervous system regulation and emotional steadiness
A warm, inclusive community where you’re free to show up exactly as you are.
This is for every body – whether you’re just beginning or returning with years of practice, there is space for you here.
When does it start?
This course starts on Wednesday 3 June 2026 with the following classes:
Wednesdays 10.00-11.00 – Gentle & Restorative (Heartwood/Highfield & Online)
Wednesdays 18.30-19.30 – Yin Yoga (Heartwood OR Online)
Saturdays 09.30-10.45 – Flow & Reflect (Highfield & Online)
PLUS, all classes are recorded so if you miss a class, you can still practice at a time to suit you.
I use professional sound equipment, so it sounds as if I’m in the room with you (according to my students!).
Location
IN-PERSON – Classes take place at Highfield Park Trust, AL4 0RA. A lovely light-filled space with underfloor heating.
When the weather allows, we practice at Heartwood Forest – Al4 9DQ.
Themes for each week
Week 1 – The Ground Beneath Us
A week of settling into the body’s foundations, reconnecting with steadiness and the quiet strength of earth. We root down to remember what supports us.
Week 2 – The Tides Within
Softening into fluidity, we explore movement that loosens the edges and invites emotional ease. Water teaches us to feel, release, and flow.
Week 3 – The Inner Flame
We awaken warmth and purpose, building a steady inner fire that strengthens without overwhelming. This is the spark that clarifies direction and intention.
Week 4 – The Green Heart
Opening into breath and spaciousness, we explore the tender terrain of the heart. Air lifts, expands, and reconnects us with compassion.
Week 5 – The River of Sound
Through breath, sound, and subtle expression, we explore the pathways of truth and resonance. This is where clarity begins to move through us.
Week 6 – The Inner Sky
A week of soft focus and inner listening, inviting intuition to rise like stars in a clear night sky. Insight emerges when we create space for it.
Week 7 – The Crown of Light
We rest in spacious awareness, exploring the luminous stillness that holds everything. Light becomes a doorway into presence and connection.
Week 8 – The Inner Spectrum
All elements and colours gather here as we integrate the full arc of the journey. We honour what has shifted and recognise the radiance now alive within.

‘Yoga gives us peace and clarity in order to see the beauty and wonder that is all around us’
Louise Neicho
Having spent the first 20 years of my professional life working in and with Nature I feel a deep connection to the natural world that has promoted numerous benefits in my life. Combining this with a love and appreciation of yoga and mindfulness that spans over two decades has enabled me to share practices that help us connect more deeply with Nature and ourselves. I have completed over 1000hrs of yoga and mindfulness teacher training and in 2023 I received a distinction for my master’s degree in Mindfulness where my thesis focused on the wellbeing benefits of connecting with Nature. I can honestly say that yoga and Nature has saved my life on more than one occasion, and I don’t think I would be the person I am today if it wasn’t for my practice. To bring all of this together is simply a dream come true and I hope you will join me and our like-minded community soon.

Your Questions Answered
How is this different to other yoga classes?
Which class should I choose?
There are 3 different styles to choose from each week and how you choose will depend on whether you have practiced yoga before or not and what you would like to gain from your practice. If you are new to yoga or haven’t practiced in a while, I would suggest starting with the Gentle & Restorative and Yin Yoga. If you are familiar with vinyasas then you’ll love the Flow & Reflect classes on Monday and Saturday mornings and if you’re looking for more stillness, deep physical stretches and meditation techniques then Yin Yoga will be for you.
What do I need to begin?
You will need a yoga mat and comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in, PJ’s work well for this! For some of the classes you will need some props, but household pillows, cushions and blankets work well in place of traditional yoga props. I will let you know at the beginning of class what you need.
How does the membership work?
As a member you are welcome to come to any of the classes on the timetable where we will explore these concepts and themes. All classes are recorded and uploaded to the Exclusive Members Area within 24 hours of taking place so if you miss your favourite class you can catch up at a time suit you. PLUS if you go on holiday, you can still access the live classes or recordings from anywhere in the world (as long as you have internet of course!)
How does the one-off course work?
If you decide to invest in the one-off course instead of the membership, then you will have access to all in-person or live online class for the duration of the course (i.e. 8 weeks). You will also have access to all recordings from the course which you can access forever.
