Soulful Resilience Retreat
Often our habitual reaction is to distract ourselves from it, shut it all out, try to create perfection and in the process, numb ourselves to what is happening.
This can prevent us from being present with all the joy, wonder and gratitude that is naturally there within our lives. We miss out on the beauty of this precious human life and are unable to achieve our full potential.
Bodhini and Louise have teamed up again to bring you this ‘Soulful Resilience’ Retreat Day where we delve into the art of navigating life’s uncertainties with grace and strength.
This ‘Soulful Resilience’ Retreat Day will provide you with the opportunity to:
Explore mindful techniques aimed at cultivating soulful resilience,
Create physical space in the body and a calmness of mind through gentle, heart-centred yoga,
Experience a Symbolic Gesture of Strength Ceremony featuring communal ritual, mantra & meditation
Be immersed in the healing vibrations of a soothing sound bath and receive some well-deserved inner nourishment and deep rest.
The day will look something like this:
09.45-10.00 – Arrival at the Kinsbourne Barn where you’ll be welcomed with warming tea,
10.00-10.15 – Welcoming circle to set intentions, ground and become present,
10.15-11.00 – Gentle yoga practice focusing on ‘Growing the Good’ and learning how to rewire our brain to deal with stress, challenges and uncertainty, led by Lou,

Louise Neicho
Having spent the first 20 years of my professional life working in and with Nature I feel a deep connection to the natural world that has promoted numerous benefits in my life. Combining this with a love and appreciation of yoga and mindfulness that spans over two decades has enabled me to share practices that help us connect more deeply with Nature and ourselves. I have completed over 1000hrs of yoga and mindfulness teacher training and in 2023 I received a distinction for my master’s degree in Mindfulness where my thesis focused on the wellbeing benefits of connecting with Nature. I can honestly say that yoga and Nature has saved my life on more than one occasion, and I don’t think I would be the person I am today if it wasn’t for my practice. To bring all of this together is simply a dream come true and I hope you will join me and our like-minded community soon.
Bodhini Hridaya
Bodhini was led to Transcendental Meditation at the age of fifteen to support her in dealing with anxiety. This was a profoundly life changing experience which inspired her to continue with alternative health and spiritual studies into adulthood. Bodhini spent twenty years in the wellness industry as a holistic and spa therapist/ trainer and manager with a particular passion for complementary therapies including Reiki which Bodhini has now been teaching for over ten years. After completing her first yoga teacher training in 2019, Bodhini decided to leave the spa industry behind and commit to sharing reiki, yoga and meditation full time.
