Embody & Remember:
An Autumn Journey of Reconnection
COMING SOON!
An 8-week yoga & mindfulness journey through autumn’s quiet turning – gently guiding you home to your breath, body, and inner knowing. Come to let go, root down, and remember who you are.
“We must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us.”
~ Joseph Campbell
Let go. Come Home. Remember who you are.
As the year turns toward the quiet hush of autumn, we too are invited to slow down, soften, and listen inward.
Embody & Remember is an 8-week journey that weaves together gentle yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and seasonal ritual to guide you into deeper presence – with your body, your breath, and the quiet wisdom that lies within.
This is not a course to “fix” or change anything – it’s a space for remembering:
✨ the steadiness of your roots,
✨ the clarity of your inner rhythm,
✨ the emberlight you carry, even in the darker months.
We’ll gather in community, supported by movement and stillness, science and spirit, poetry and practice. Each session invites you to reconnect – to the earth, your breath, your nervous system, and your sense of self.
Come as you are – whether you’re just beginning or returning with years of practice, there is space for you here.

🍁What you’ll experience:
🌾 Practice in Rhythm with the Season – Slow down with the natural turning of the year, aligning your energy with autumn’s gentle descent and quiet beauty.
🧘♀️ Embodied Presence – Soothing movement and grounding yoga to reconnect you to your breath, body, and sense of inner steadiness.
✨Rest & Remembrance – Guided breathwork, restorative poses, and meditations to support letting go and reclaiming what truly nourishes you.
🍂 Inner Listening & Reflection – Journaling prompts and mindful inquiry to explore your inner landscape and awaken clarity.
✨A Gentle Commmunity Space – Share, reflect, and move alongside others in a held, welcoming environment – whether you’re brand new or returning to the mat.
Join like-hearted souls!
Each week carries a unique seasonal intention, from Landing in the Body and The Wisdom of Release to Gathering What Sustains You and The Remembering.
You’ll experience a blend of grounding flow, yin and restorative postures, mindful breath practices, and poetic reflection – designed to soothe your nervous system, reawaken your spirit, and help you walk gently through the season with more ease.
This journey welcomes all levels. Come as you are -there is space for your story, your softness, and your strength.

Our themes each week
Week 1 – Landing in the Body
This week offers a soft place to land – through slow, earthy movement and mindful breath, we root ourselves in the here and now. We’ll honour the seasonal shift and create space to simply arrive.
Week 2 – The Wisdom of Release
Guided by the falling leaves, we explore practices that support release – of tension, of outdated stories, of emotional weight. Flowing movement and spacious breath will support a gentle exhale of body and mind.
Week 3 – Balancing Light & Shadow
As day and night meet in equal measure, we pause at this luminous threshold to reflect on balance – within the body, the breath, and our lives. Through steady movement and mindful stillness, we explore how to hold both light and shadow with presence.
Week 4 – The Breath Beneath it All
This week deepens awareness of breath as a gateway to presence and regulation. Through guided breathwork and subtle movement, we explore how breath can anchor us, calm the nervous system, and bring us home.
Week 5 – Embodying the Heart
Heart-centred practices invite tenderness – in movement, thought, and intention. We’ll gently open physical and emotional space around the heart, fostering warmth, self-kindness, and deeper connection.
Week 6 – Listening Inward
Through mindfulness, reflection, and somatic awareness, we listen to the voice beneath the noise. This week offers space to reflect on what you’re learning, releasing, reclaiming and remembering.
Week 7 – Gathering what Sustains you
Inspired by nature’s instinct to gather, we’ll identify and embody what supports us – joy, gratitude, breath, movement, community. This is a time to gather your tools and inner resources.
Week 8 – The Remembering
In this final gathering, we honour the path we’ve walked together. Through movement, ritual, and reflection, we’ll celebrate what has been shed, reclaimed, and remembered – carrying your inner flame forward.

Your Teacher
‘Yoga gives us peace and clarity in order to see the beauty and wonder that is all around us’
Louise Neicho
Having spent the first 20 years of my professional life working in and with Nature I feel a deep connection to the natural world that has promoted numerous benefits in my life. Combining this with a love and appreciation of yoga and mindfulness that spans over two decades has enabled me to share practices that help us connect more deeply with Nature and ourselves. I have completed over 1000hrs of yoga and mindfulness teacher training and in 2023 I received a distinction for my master’s degree in Mindfulness where my thesis focused on the wellbeing benefits of connecting with Nature. I can honestly say that yoga and Nature has saved my life on more than one occasion, and I don’t think I would be the person I am today if it wasn’t for my practice. To bring all of this together is simply a dream come true and I hope you will join me and our like-minded community soon.

Your Questions Answered
How is this different to other yoga classes?
Which class should I choose?
There are 3 different styles to choose from each week and how you choose will depend on whether you have practiced yoga before or not and what you would like to gain from your practice. If you are new to yoga or haven’t practiced in a while, I would suggest starting with the Gentle & Restorative and Yin Yoga. If you are familiar with vinyasas then you’ll love the Flow & Reflect classes on Monday and Saturday mornings and if you’re looking for more stillness, deep physical stretches and meditation techniques then Yin Yoga will be for you.
What do I need to begin?
You will need a yoga mat and comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in, PJ’s work well for this! For some of the classes you will need some props, but household pillows, cushions and blankets work well in place of traditional yoga props. I will let you know at the beginning of class what you need.
How does the membership work?
As a member you are welcome to come to any of the classes on the timetable where we will explore these concepts and themes. All classes are recorded and uploaded to the Exclusive Members Area within 24 hours of taking place so if you miss your favourite class you can catch up at a time suit you. PLUS if you go on holiday, you can still access the live classes or recordings from anywhere in the world (as long as you have internet of course!)
How does the one-off course work?
If you decide to invest in the one-off course instead of the membership, then you will have access to all in-person or live online class for the duration of the course (i.e. 8 weeks). You will also have access to all recordings from the course which you can access forever.
